Valorization

An estimated third of the human coding genome contains “mystery” genes, lacking functional annotation and publications. We developed a novel Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based prototype tool to successfully predict their function in endothelial cells. We are improving this prototype to integrate multiple data modalities and to improve the accuracy of discovery and the AI decision process. 

We developed a new strategy to generate improved models for the role of endothelial cells in tumor growth and treatment response.
